We are a luxury Spanish and European inspired event space that offers optional all-inclusive wedding day planning and execution. In today’s blog, we want to share with you a glimpse at Michele & Erik’s wedding celebration! These two are obviously so in love and we were thrilled to get to host their special day. We hope that you enjoy! Thank you so much to Aisha Khan at Ama by Aisha for capturing these amazing images!

Pictured above, Michele & her adorable flower girl get ready for the day ahead! In the background, you might notice three white gowns hanging above the door frame. Those are actually the gowns that her mother and grandmother wore on their wedding days! How special!

In these photos, you’ll get a glimpse at our champagne bridal suite! At Madera Estates, we’re all about the glam! Our bridal suite has four separate rooms, providing plenty of space for a bride, her maids, and the glam squad! Bigger is better, right? We are in Texas after all.

Michele’s wedding gown was absolutely stunning. The intricate beaded detail had all the guests swooning, not to mention her groom! Michele fell in love with her wedding dress at Brickhouse Bridal located in The Woodlands, TX.  The gown was designed by Martina Liana Bridal.

Handsome groom Erik got ready with his buddies in our groom’s suite! The man cave has a foosball table and plenty of room for the guys to relax before suiting up. Erik gave his vows a quick anxious read on one of our historic wood benches before meeting his bride-to-be for a blind first-look!

If you want to save the anticipation of the first-look during the ceremony, but are eager to calm your nerves beforehand, consider a blind meetup! Michele & Erik were able to hold hands and share a few sweet words before the ceremony got started. Having a quiet moment like this is a great idea because the rest of the day will be a whirlwind! A moment alone on your wedding day will be a memory that any couple would look fondly back on.

Ya’ll these bridesmaids “slayyyyyyed“, as they say. Everything about this girl gang is downright adorable. From the sequin bridesmaids gowns to the tulle flower girl dress, these ladies are ready for a celebration! The ladies were glammed up by the Hey Lovely glam squad.

And – OH MY GOSH the floral design! Flower Vibes TX did an incredible job setting the tone for this wedding. Check out those unique floral hoops! What a fun twist on traditional bouquets. You’re going to be blown away when you see the ceremony and reception space.

It’s finally time to tie the knot! Michele & Erik opted for an outdoor ceremony near our grand fireplace! The floral team did a fantastic job intertwining the bride’s favorite colors and blooms. To add a tropical element, the florists incorporated gold-painted palm leaves. These complemented the existing greenery at Madera Estates very well!

There’s just something so sweet about a daddy walking his little girl down the aisle! Michele’s dad had the whole crowd overcome with emotion as he tearfully guided his daughter to meet her husband at the grand fireplace! On the aisle runner, a quote was written: ” I left, left you alone, alone in the city, sitting alone, so I walk, I walk to you now, a little bit older, but younger somehow”.

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, Michele & Erik exchanged vows! The parents of the bride and groom participated in a unity ceremony. Third Floor Strings did an incredible job setting the tone for the ceremony with a beautiful melody!

And just like that, they are MARRIED! Now it’s time to take photos as husband and wife, and then head to cocktail hour!

Let’s get this party started! Nothing like a yummy cocktail to loosen you up, right? Offered at the bar were his & her’s signature drinks! Michele’s drink, M’Sugar In Love, was embellished with edible flowers! Erik’s cocktail of choice, Olive You,  was an extra dirty martini.

While the guests were enjoying some drinks and passed appetizers, Michele & Erik snuck off to get a few photos as Mr. & Mrs! How cute are they!

Cafe Natalie did an amazing job creating a delicious menu. The reception space inside the hacienda ballroom was festively decorated with florals, gold accents, and sequins!

True love waits! It’s all in the details! The head table was draped with florals and lit by candlesticks in votive glasses.

Check out that cake! It’s hard to believe it’s edible, isn’t it? Dolce Designs covered fondant in gold foil and fresh florals!

As you can see from the photos, the guests had a blast dancing the night away! The LED color changing foam wands were a hit. J. Kelly Productions did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained and the party poppin’ all night long!

Does happily ever after get much better than this? We love fireworks at Madera Estates! Can you think of a better way to end your wedding reception?
