LGBT Friendly Wedding Venue In Conroe, Texas

One of our grooms, Ian, is actually the Venue Director at Madera Estates! Ian has helped countless couples celebrate their happily ever after. As you can imagine, Ian had been dreaming of his own big day for quite some time. You’re going to fall in love with all the gorgeous details from this wedding!

Inside Our Champagne Suite 

Madera Estates has two separate suites for the wedding party to get ready in! These rooms are known as the Champagne Suite and the Whiskey Lounge. These suites allow couples to comfortably get dressed in separate spaces if they wish! The ladies in Ian & Paul’s wedding party had a blast getting glammed up in the Champagne Suite with Amanda Haley Hair Co and ELM Beauty Texas. In The Whiskey Lounge

Meanwhile, in the Whiskey Lounge, Ian & Paul are suiting up! They had a relaxing morning visiting with their friends while preparing for a fun-filled day ahead! 

The Whiskey Lounge has rustic elements that make the space very cozy. There’s plenty of seating options, a flat-screen and a foosball table! 

It’s not very often that couples help each other get ready for their wedding day! This intimate moment is a fond memory that Ian & Paul will cherish for years to come. 

A Touching Letter Exchange 

A letter exchange is a great way to kick off your wedding day. A letter exchange allows you and your partner to have a quiet moment alone before the festivities begin. It gives couples an opportunity to share their deepest feelings for one another. Not to mention, it makes for great audio in a wedding film! 

Wedding Party Portraits 

Now that the wedding party is dressed in their finest. It’s time for some gorgeous photos! The ladies dazzled in beautiful gowns from Hayley Paige Occasions. The fellas looked sharp in timeless attire from THE BLACK TUX.

Talk about a fabulous and unique wedding party look! Every detail of Ian & Paul’s wedding day embraced the Spanish & European inspired aesthetic of Madera Estates.

Sunset wedding photos always turn out incredible! Ian & Paul decided to have an evening ceremony, and therefore were able to take advantage of the golden hour before guests arrived! 

Guests Arrive For The Celebration

At last, it’s finally time for the ceremony to begin! Madera Estates has a beautiful outdoor ceremony space. Visitors love our Grand Fireplace and all the lush greenery that surrounds the patio! 

As you can see, not a detail was missed! From the floral arrangements to the candlelight, the outdoor ceremony space was picture perfect! A beautiful tribute to Paul’s late mother was also incorporated into the ceremony space. 

A stunning handwoven rug lined the aisle. Gorgeous floral arrangements by Blooms Design Studio enhanced the space beautifully… You can pick your jaw off the floor now! 

A Twilight Ceremony 

At Madera Estates, we’re big fans of twilight ceremonies! Guests arrived at Ian & Paul’s wedding just as the sun was setting. Dozens of candles were lit and beautiful string lights were turned on. It’s safe to say that the mood was set for a romantic evening ahead!

Ian & Paul’s wedding ceremony was undeniably stunning. After grabbing a drink at the bar, guests were seated and the music was queued! Divisi Strings, LLC always does an incredible job setting the tone for a romantic evening.

The groom’s parents escorted them down the aisle. The ceremony had guests laughing, crying, and overjoyed. After exchanging vows and rings, a surprising firework show stunned the crowd as Ian & Paul shared their first kiss as husband and husband! ROAR Over Texas sure knows how to make a ceremony memorable! 

Kicking Off The Reception 

Let’s get this party started! During cocktail hour, guests enjoyed cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and the beautiful melody of the Mariachi Los Gallitos.

As guests walked into the Hacienda Ballroom, they were stunned by all the incredible details! From the flowers to the custom embroidered napkins, the engraved coasters, and more, there was something beautiful to look at in each area of the room! 

Cafe Natalie Catering greeted guests with a fresh arugula salad. Their team always does a phenomenal job serving delicious food! 

Ian & Paul’s sweetheart table was one for the books! Check out those peacock wicker chairs and that amazing floral garland! 

Let’s Party!

With everyone in their seat, it’s time to welcome the newlyweds into their reception! Ian & Paul surprised guests with alpacas from Texas Party Animals! Not only did this make their grand entrance memorable, but guests had a blast taking photos with these adorable pals afterwards!

After the blessing, guests enjoyed mingling and filling their bellies with a warm meal. Then the speeches began! 

It’s so evident how much Ian & Paul are loved and supported by their friends and family. The fathers of the grooms, and a few pals, shared some funny memories and well wishes for the newlyweds. 

The energy in the room was bursting with love and happiness! Guests were so thrilled to be a part of such an incredible celebration. 

Did someone say cake? Sweets To Dream On always does a phenomenal job making delicious and beautiful treats!  

The mother/son dance had the whole room in tears! As mentioned previously, Paul’s mother, unfortunately, passed away a few years prior. Although she wasn’t in attendance physically, she was definitely present in spirit!

Now, it’s time for Ian & Paul to share their first dance as a married couple! Unexpectedly, Tasha Kohl showed up and had the crowd rolling with laughter! It’s safe to say that Ian & Paul threw a memorable and over-the-top awesome celebration! Madera Estates is proud to be an LGBT friendly wedding venue in Conroe, Texas. 

The entertainment for the evening was provided by J & D Entertainment. Their team always does a phenomenal job hyping up the party and keeping guests entertained. 

Friends and family didn’t waste a minute once the dance floor opened up! 

Ian & Paul’s wedding was seriously out of this world amazing! It was the perfect day for a perfect couple. The team at Madera Estates was overjoyed to get to help them celebrate one of the best days of their lives! 

A Sweet Send-Off 

In the blink of an eye, it’s time to send these newlyweds off. After a sparkler send-off, the pair made their exit in a vintage car provided by Jordan Limousines Vintage Cars & Trolleys.
