With this week’s blog post, we’ll be looking back on a wedding from earlier this year. Kevin and Abel had a beautiful nighttime setting for their January wedding ceremony. The newlyweds surprised their guests with a magical fireworks display at the end of the ceremony, which then led into a fun-filled wedding reception and a sparkler send-off to wrap up this special day. With a talented team of wedding vendors, we think you’re going to absolutely love every part of this January wedding day!

Before we get into Kevin and Abel’s wedding day, we would like to say hello to anyone that may be stopping by our wedding blog for the first time! Welcome to Madera Estates! We are a luxury wedding venue located in Conroe, TX, just north of Houston and The Woodlands. Over the years, our team has had the opportunity to host hundreds of wedding celebrations and have always strived to bring every detail of our couple’s dream wedding days to life. From the getting ready moments all the way through the final send-off, we want your big day to be exactly as you’ve envisioned it. Now…let’s reminisce on Kevin and Abel’s January wedding celebration at Madera Estates!

For those who are curious about the vendors from this wedding, we will provide a complete list towards the end of this blog post, as well as mention several of them throughout. We would like to give a special shout-out to Dark Roux Photography, who captured all of the amazing photos featured on the collages in this blog post.

Before the Ceremony

After getting all spruced up in the suites at Madera Estates, it was officially time for the day’s festivities to get underway!

Kevin and Abel opted to wait until the ceremony to see each other and went with a “First Touch” instead. This took place right by the Hacienda’s doors.

Similar to a “First Look,” this approach allows you to get some pre-ceremony nervousness out of the way and share a special moment with your soon-to-be spouse!

After this, the couple was able to get some photos with family and friends before the ceremony would get started.

Before we get to that though, we would first like to provide a look at what’s to come on this January wedding day. If the photos are any indication, everything looked stunning inside the Hacienda (where the reception would soon take place).

Whether it be the candlelight throughout, the black charger plates, the crystal chandeliers above or anything else, everything looked amazing!

Before we move on to the ceremony, we couldn’t talk about the reception set-up and not mention the amazing dessert table!

There were so many scrumptious dessert options we couldn’t fit them onto one collage! Shout-out to Alchemy Bake Lab on this work of art!

January Wedding Ceremony at Madera Estates

Now that you have a glimpse of what the wedding reception will entail, let’s get the ceremony started!

Kevin and Abel’s ceremony took place outside in front of the Grand Fireplace. For those who are new to our venue, the Grand Fireplace certainly serves as a signature backdrop for numerous wedding ceremonies hosted at Madera Estates!

Anyone else a fan of nighttime wedding ceremonies?

Safe to say the photos from Kevin and Abel’s ceremony turned out amazing!

Surrounded by friends and family, the couple exchanged their vows and said their “I Do’s!” Congratulations to the newlyweds!

And right after the first kiss, there was a special surprise that lit up the sky! Thanks to our friends at ROAR Over Texas for delivering another magical fireworks display!

January Wedding Reception at Madera Estates

We already provided a look at the lovely set-up for this wedding reception earlier in this blog post, so we’ll get right to the fun and celebration!

Guests enjoyed a delicious meal from the talented team at Churrascos Woodlands! This was followed by the always-special toasts, which are certainly a long-standing tradition for wedding receptions.

And before you know it, we can officially open up the dance floor!

A.M. Productions served as the DJ for this wedding reception and also supplied the photo booth, which is always a fun component for wedding receptions!

As you can tell by the photos and smiles on everyone’s faces, this was such a fun evening celebrating a memorable day!

After an evening filled with dancing, all of Kevin and Abel’s loved ones lined up outside for the final send-off, while the newlyweds enjoyed a final dance inside the Hacienda.

Over the years, we’ve had several couples opt to incorporate this into their wedding day timeline and we don’t see that trend changing anytime soon!

To close out the night, Kevin and Abel were greeted by friends and family for a closing sparkler send-off.

We would like to thank Kevin and Abel for allowing us to be a part of their special day! We wish you two a lifetime filled with love and happiness.
