Ready to take another behind-the-scenes look of an awesome wedding celebration? From start to finish, we think you’re going to absolutely LOVE Isabella and Victor’s big day at Madera Estates. Whether it be the perfect weather on this June evening in Conroe, the beautiful floral arrangements throughout the venue, the sparkler send-off or any other component, the entire celebration truly was picture-perfect! In today’s blog, we’ll walk you through every part of this fun-filled wedding. Special thanks to the talented Ivan Garcia Studio for capturing each moment and serving as the photographer for this event.
Before we dive into this blog post though, we would also like to take a moment to welcome any new visitors to our website. We run a luxury wedding venue and event space based out of Conroe, TX called Madera Estates. Here at Madera, we offer both venue-rental packages, as well as all-inclusive ones. Our primary mission is to make the wedding planning process as stress-free as possible. Without a doubt, wedding planning can gradually become a little overwhelming and we’re here to help ensure you truly enjoy every single moment of your big day! Having said all of that, let’s now hop right in to Isabella and Victor’s wedding day at Madera Estates.
Inside the Bridal Suite
As is the case with many of our Real Wedding blogs, we’ll kick the post off inside the Champagne Suite, which serves as the bridal suite here at Madera. With the hair and makeup artists on-site, Isabella and her bridesmaids arrived and got all glammed up. Kudos to Simple Beauty Artistry for handling the hair and makeup portion of this wedding.
For those new to Madera Estates, you may wonder what all encompasses the Bridal Suite. In full, it includes a dining room, dressing room, hair and makeup room, as well as restrooms. Plenty of space for the bride and her besties to get ready for the day ahead!
Before we move on to the groom’s suite though, we had to take a moment to show you Isabella’s stunning wedding dress! It was a gorgeous wedding gown for the bride-to-be and it’s safe to say her bridesmaids loved their first look at it!
On To The Whiskey Lounge!
There’s no denying that having the getting ready suites on-site clears up so many potential logistical issues and streamlines the entire process! While Isabella and her bridesmaids were getting glammed up, Victor and his buddies were able to enjoy a few cold ones and some poker in the Whiskey Lounge.
As is the case with the bridal suite, the Whiskey Lounge also offers plenty of the space for the groom and his pals, as well as more than a few photo opportunities to add to the wedding album!
First Touch
When it comes to planning out every single detail of your big day, you and your spouse-to-be will certainly have to make a few decisions on some of the details!
You could opt to see your soon-to-be spouse on the walk down the aisle, go with a First Look or as is the case with Isabella and Victor, with a First Touch. It’s tough to go wrong with any of them and there’s no doubt that this first touch turned out perfectly!
Outdoor Wedding Ceremony in Conroe, TX
As we mentioned at the beginning of this blog, the weather truly was great on this June evening and when coupled with the Grand Fireplace, set the perfect backdrop for this wedding celebration!
With that being said, it was officially time for the ceremony to get underway! Everyone was all dressed up so flawlessly and the floral arrangements from College Park Flowers were beautiful! And would you look at the smile on Victor’s face as he sees his soon-to-be bride.
Before you know it, the pair are officially Mr. and Mrs. Congratulations to the newlyweds!
Formal Photos
While appetizers and drinks were being served to their guests, the newlyweds took the opportunity to snap some formal pictures before the reception would commence.
Particularly for couples that don’t opt for a first look, a cocktail hour is the perfect strategy for keeping your guests entertained, while still capturing all of the photos that you’ll undoubtedly want in your wedding album!
Indoor Wedding Reception in Conroe, TX
Once the final formal photos were snapped, it was now time to step inside the ballroom, also known as the Hacienda. Everything was set up so wonderfully and every single component looked just marvelous!
After all of the wedding party had made their grand entrance into the ballroom, it was finally time for Isabella and Victor to enjoy their first dance as husband and wife.
Wedding Cake Cutting
Beautiful and delicious cakes have been a staple in all wedding celebrations for years! Cakes by Gina knocked out yet another one with this cake. If you’re looking for someone near Houston to truly create your dream wedding cake, it’s tough to go wrong with Cakes by Gina.
Best Man and Maid of Honor Speeches
You can’t have a wedding without toasts, right? Awesome job by the Best Man and Maid of Honor delivering speeches that filled the ballroom with plenty of laughs!
Time to Open Up the Dance Floor!
Once the father/bride and mother/son dances were complete, it was officially time to hit the dance floor. As usual, DJU Entertainment had no trouble getting the party started and keeping the fun rolling into the night!
And, of course, in the midst of all the festivities, you can’t forget about the bouquet toss!
Before the newlyweds would have their final sendoff, they were able to enjoy a private last dance both in the courtyard and Hacienda. Definitely a special way to cap off the BEST DAY EVER!
Sparkler Send-Off at Madera Estates!
