Being in the wedding industry, it’s safe to say that the word, LOVE, is in our everyday vocabulary. Seeing couples tie the knot on this special day is something which never gets old in our eyes. Having said that, if you’ve visited our wedding blog before, you likely know one of the common themes we have is providing inside looks at real weddings held at Madera Estates. From those special moments getting ready for the big day, all the way through the final send-off, it not only is fun to reminisce on, but it can also be the perfect source of wedding day inspiration for those currently planning their own big day!
With that in mind, today’s blog is going to walk you through a wedding celebration held at Madera Estates this past October. It goes without saying that the fall season is always a popular time for weddings. The weather is usually just right and the colors truly do pop to create the perfect backdrop for your big day. Before diving into Amber and Michael’s big day though, we would first like to welcome any new visitors to our blog. Located close by North Houston and The Woodlands, Madera Estates is a luxury event space that specializes in hosting weddings. From the Grand Fireplace and Hacienda to the Champagne Suite and Whiskey Lounge, you’ll have no shortage of space or picturesque places when hosting your wedding at Madera.

We’re so blessed to have the opportunity to work with so many talented wedding vendors and we’ll highlight some of the others later on in the blog.
Inside the Bridal Suite
As is the case with many of our “Real Wedding” blogs, we’ll kick off this special day in the bridal lounge, also known as the Champagne Suite, where Amber is getting all glammed up for the big day!

Inside the Groom’s Suite
While the Champagne Suite always gets a lot of love, you need a space for the guys to get all spruced up too, right?
Also referred to as the Whiskey Lounge, this space has everything from a big screen TV and Xbox to more than a handful of picture-perfect backdrops to add to your wedding photo album!
Can’t Beat a First Look on Your Wedding Day!
It goes without saying that “First Looks” have continued to become more and more popular over the years. They always create an intimate and special moment that neither of you will ever forget. We have to agree that these first look photos look absolutely adorable!
Not to mention, by having the first look before the ceremony, this also allows you time to sneak in a few photos before the festivities get underway. And Amber & Michael opted to do just that!
Time for the “I Do’s”
As I mentioned in the opening paragraphs, it’s tough to go wrong with a fall wedding! As the sun started to set, it was clear this was going to be a beautiful celebration of love!
For those new to our wedding venue, our signature backdrop piece for outdoor ceremonies is the Grand Fireplace. You’ll see it featured on plenty of occasions throughout our social media feeds.
Before we move on, who else loves this quote on the sign?! “Please choose a seat, not a side. You’re loved by both the groom & bride.”
And before you know it, the vows and “I do’s” have been exchanged, thus making these two Mr. and Mrs! Congratulations to the newlyweds!
While their guests headed towards the Hacienda for the reception, Amber and Michael took advantage of the twilight setting outdoors to capture a few awesome moments shortly after the ceremony.
Wedding Reception at Madera Estates
We’ve already mentioned the Hacienda a few times in this blog, but this area is essentially the ballroom at Madera Estates. With crystal chandeliers and artisan feature walls, it is a popular spot for wedding receptions.
On this particular celebration, we have to give a shout-out to Monica’s Brides & Touch of Glitz Flowers for the beautiful floral arrangements, as well as Churrascos Woodlands on knocking it out of the park yet again with their delicious catering.
After their guests were seated, it was officially time for the bride and groom to make their grand entrance into the ballroom. From start-to-finish, this was such a fun reception and it even included a performance from the talented team at Mariachi Los Gallitos.
No wedding is complete without cutting the wedding cake and enjoying some delicious desserts, right? The wedding cake tradition is something that goes back more than a few decades and always creates a special moment on wedding days!
Time for the Party to Get Started!
After the toasts had been said and everyone enjoyed the delicious food, it was finally time to hit the dance floor!
Kudos to DJU Entertainment for ensuring the dance floor was filled up all night long!
A Few Special Moments Before the Final Send-Off
And as this special day was coming to an end, Amber and Michael were able to sneak out during the reception for some evening photos. We love how these night-time shots turned out!
Sparkler Send-Off in Conroe, TX
What better way is there to wrap up the BEST DAY EVER than with a sparkler send-off? We may be a little biased, but this is definitely one of our favorite send-off’s (especially when it’s right in front of the Grand Fireplace)!
We would like to wish a lifetime of love and happiness to Amber & Michael, and thank them for allowing us to be a part of their big day! We would also like to give another huge thank you to Ama by Aisha #AmaByClaudia for capturing this special day so marvelously.
