Ian RamirezMadera Estates Wedding

When it comes to your dream wedding day, what components come to mind first? Is it the beautiful wedding venue that you’ve envisioned serving as the backdrop for your special day? How about selecting the perfect wedding dress that you’ve always dreamed of? Of course, we can’t forget about delicious catering and wedding cake either, right? Given that every wedding celebration has its own unique characteristics is a major reason behind why our job really is a blast! Here at Madera Estates, we have the opportunity to work with so many amazing couples throughout the year as they embark on designing their wedding day. Trust us, we’ve said it before, but seeing couples tie the knot truly is something that never gets old!

For those of you that have followed some of our previous blog posts, you likely know that we enjoy taking inside looks at past weddings held at our wedding venue, Madera Estates. Having said that, this week, we’ll be looking back on Alex and Zach’s special day. From the “getting ready” moments all the way through the fun reception, this is definitely one you’ll want to check out if you’re currently in the process of planning your own wedding. In addition, we would also like to give a big thanks to all of the talented wedding vendors that took part in this wedding day. It goes without saying that the wedding industry is filled with so many talented professionals and we’re honored to have the opportunity to work with each of them! We’ll include a complete list of vendors at the end of this blog.

Special thanks to Kelsey Nicole Photography for capturing the entire day so flawlessly and providing the wonderful photos featured throughout this blog.

Getting Ready at Madera Estates

If this is your first time visiting our blog, we’ll generally start these wedding blog posts with inside looks at those memorable getting ready moments that every couple will forever cherish! And speaking of those “getting ready” moments, everyone loves a sneak peek at the wedding dress! Shout-out to Brickhouse Bridal for this stunning wedding gown!

At Madera Estates, there are two separate “getting ready” suites – the Champagne Suite and the Whiskey Lounge.

The Whiskey Lounge is the perfect spot for the guys to relax a little as they get ready for the festivities soon to get underway! Zach and his pals were doing just that, while they got all spruced up.

Meanwhile, as mentioned above, there is also the Champagne Suite. This would be where Alex and her besties enjoyed a few laughs while they got all glammed up with the help of Sunkissed & Made Up.

The term “first look” is definitely quite popular in the wedding world. And when it comes to first look’s, there are plenty of possibilities, including doing one with your bridesmaids! Take a look at the reaction when Alex’s bridesmaids see Alex in her wedding dress!

Formal Photos

Wouldn’t you agree that no wedding photo album is complete without some wedding party and other formal photos?!

As you can tell from the photos, the weather on this September wedding day was just right and helped provide a picture-perfect backdrop!

In addition, for those familiar with our wedding venue, you’ve likely seen the Grand Fireplace on a few occasions. It serves as the signature backdrop for plenty of ceremonies and receptions.

By the way, if you’re currently planning a fall wedding, we have to say Alex and Zach picked a perfect color palette for the always-popular fall season!

Time for the “I Do’s”

When you see your soon-to-be spouse on the walk down the aisle!

After getting ready at Madera, the couple headed to a local church to exchange their vows and officially become Mr. and Mrs.

Surrounded by their loved ones at this beautiful ceremony, Alex and Zach tied the knot, and are now husband and wife.

After capturing some more family and wedding party photos at the church, they headed back to Madera Estates, which would be the site of the reception.

Wedding Reception in Conroe, TX

Candles, chandeliers and beautiful decor! What more could you want for a beautiful wedding reception?!

Before we head indoors for that part of the reception, Alex and Zach took advantage of the ideal weather conditions to enjoy a first dance together outdoors in front of the Grand Fireplace.

With all of their friends and family ready to celebrate inside the Hacienda, these newlyweds made their grand entrance into the ballroom!

Would you agree that a delicious wedding cake or some form of dessert is a must for any wedding? Get Caked created this beautiful cake for Alex and Zach’s special day! Simply stunning!

To sum it up, this wedding reception had a little bit of everything! In what is becoming a popular wedding trend, Brushed Script captured the couple’s first dance by the Grand Fireplace marvelously with this live painting! Kudos on a job well done!

Churros at a wedding reception? Yes, please! Thanks to Churrology for serving the tasty treats!

After a night filled with plenty of time on the dance floor (shout-out A.M. Productions for an awesome job as the DJ), Alex and Zach enjoyed a final dance together in the Hacienda as their guests lined up outside for the final send-off!

And when it comes to tying a bow on the best day ever, you can’t go wrong with a sparkler send-off! It’s definitely one of the most popular send-offs we see throughout the year and we have to say the photos turned out adorable at this wedding as well!

Thank you so much to Alex and Zach for allowing us to be a part of your special day! We wish you all the best, and a lifetime filled with love and happiness!

In addition, we can’t say enough about all of the talented wedding professionals that truly help ensure these magical wedding days come to life.
