Hello friends! This week on the blog we’re giving you an inside scoop at a stunning Emerald & Red Wedding! Tori and Geoffrey tied the knot at Madera Estates on February 1st of 2020. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, the love birds shared vows outside near our Grand Fireplace. After a cocktail hour on the terrace, the newlyweds danced the night away in our Hacienda Ballroom. As you’ll be able to quickly gather, Tori certainly has an eye for design. The couple chose a gorgeous jewel-toned color palette for their wedding color scheme. From burgundy to vibrant cardinal, emerald, navy, blush, and peach hues, this wedding celebration certainly made a statement. For those of you who are unfamiliar with our wedding venue, welcome to Madera Estates! We are an all-inclusive luxury wedding venue located in Conroe, Texas. Located just outside of Houston, Madera Estates offers a destination-like feel without the hassle of international travel. Once you step foot on our grounds, you’ll fall in love with the rich tones, intricately detailed furniture, and the friendly faces from our team!
Tori started off her wedding day by getting glammed up with her best friends! The team at Blush Artistry Texas did a great job providing hair and makeup services for the beautiful bride and all of her maids. Tori and her girls got ready for the big day in our Champagne Bridal Suite. From the floor-length mirrors to the private bathroom and lounge area, our bridal suite has everything a girl could need to have a picture-perfect wedding day!
Tori’s bridal look was absolutely fabulous! She opted for timeless vintage curls, a bronzed winged smokey-eye, and a bold burgundy lip.
Meanwhile, Geoffrey and his groomsmen are having a great time in our Whiskey Lounge. This space offers comfortable furniture for the guys to unwind before the eventful day ahead. While sipping on cold ones, the fellas played foosball, watched TV, and talked about the exciting events to come.
What a good looking group here! Geoffrey and his groomsmen looked dapper in Navy suits and red tied. To add a little flare, Geoffrey sported a floral patterned tie.
At last, it’s time for Tori to put on the wedding gown that she purchased so many months ago. Tori shared this intimate moment with her bridesmaids and a few female relatives. As you can imagine, this is a very special moment for any bride. After all, she’s about to say “I Do” to the man of her dreams!
Emerald & Red Wedding: Bridesmaids Dresses
Before the walk down the aisle, Tori and her bridesmaids headed to the terrace to snap some photos. How cute are these girls? We’re obsessed with the different colored bridesmaid’s dress trend right now! It’s great to let your girls find a style that suits their body type and makes them feel great! This jewel-toned bridal look is definitely one for the books! As you can see, the amazing floral team at Boyds Blossoms knocked it out of the park.
Want to be with your honey before the ceremony, but don’t want to ruin the big reveal of your gown? Consider a blind first look! Also known as a “first touch”, blind first looks are often very comforting to both the bride and groom. This moment can help ease nerves. Not to mention, it’s a great photo opportunity! Tori and Geoffrey opted to exchange love letters to one another. This is a great opportunity for your videographer to capture some heartfelt words for your highlight film.
Emerald & Red Wedding: The Ceremony
The moment to walk down the aisle has arrived! Tori beamed as she headed towards her groom. Guests were in awe with the vibrant cardinal drapery that cascaded across the fireplace mantle. The warm glow from the sunset hour created a fairytale-like ambiance.
And, just like that, Tori and Geoffrey are husband and wife! Now it’s off to the grounds to take some bridal portraits! At Madera Estates, we have a lot of photography backdrops for you to choose for your bridal photos. From the exotic palms to the wooded area and more, couples who tie the knot at Madera Estates will have a blast shooting in various locations around our grounds with their photographer.
I mean, talk about some serious #goals! That bridal bouquet is seriously stunning.
Tori and Geoffrey embraced and shared an intimate moment alone before heading into their reception. Pictured above is our bare teepee.
Emerald & Red Wedding: The Reception
Hold on to your bootstraps, friends! You’re going to be blown away by the details in this wedding reception! While the guests enjoy cocktail hour, the team at Madera Estates is getting the finishing touches ready for the fun night ahead. Check out the amazing dessert table display! Not only did Tori and Geoffrey have a gorgeous cake created by Sweets To Dream On, but they also had a variety of pastries to serve to their guests.
Isn’t this head table absolutely gorgeous?! Wow! Madera Estates actually owns all of this furniture displayed, including the lanterns. We love providing our couples with all the necessities for them to have the magical wedding day experience they’ve always dreamed of!
With the candles lit and the chandeliers dimed, it’s time to introduce the newlyweds as Mr. & Mrs! Guests loved the scrumptious dinner served by Goode Co Kitchen & Cantina. After dinner, Tori and Geoffrey shared their first dance and cut into their wedding cake.
Toasts are always a fun, yet emotional, part of a wedding reception. After a few tears and a lot of laughs, the newlyweds shared dances with their parents.
With the traditional obligations out of the way, it’s time to hit the dance floor! Guests wasted no time thanks to DJU Entertainment.
Before heading home to start their happily ever after, Tori and Geoffrey took a few private moments to take some precious photos. We were so thrilled and honored to be a part of their wedding day. We wish these two nothing but the best! Congratulations!
