With that introduction in-place, we can now bring up the topic of this week’s blog post. As we mentioned above, one common topic of discussion on our wedding blog involves reminiscing on past wedding days. This week, we will be reviewing Allie and James’ magical wedding celebration that took place at Madera Estates last March. From the evening ceremony that concluded with a stunning fireworks display to the fun-filled reception, sparkler send-off and so much more, this is definitely a wedding you’ll want to check out!
Before we get into this March wedding celebration, we would like to give a shout-out to all of the talented vendors that helped make this magical wedding day come to life. This includes Ama by Aisha #amabyclaudia, who provided all of the amazing photos you’ll see in the collages throughout the blog post.
Getting Ready Moments
To get things started with this March wedding, we’ll begin in the Champagne Suite where Allie and her besties were getting all glammed up for the big day!
Anyone else obsessed with this stunning gown from Whittington Bridal?!
Safe to say the girls are all ready to go for this exciting day!
Meanwhile, let’s check in on James and the guys, who were busy getting spruced up inside the groom’s suite (also known as the Whiskey Lounge).
For those of you who are new to our wedding venue, the Whiskey Lounge is not only great for relaxing before the day’s festivities get underway, but also snapping a few photos too!
And of course, before we continue on to the next stage in this March wedding celebration, we had to feature some shots of James and his groomsmen!
First Look at Madera Estates
It goes without saying that first looks are becoming more and more popular amongst couples.
How adorable are these photos from Allie and James’ first look?
Not to mention, a first look can also be perfect for capturing some of those formal photos before the ceremony too!
This included several of just Allie and James, as well as those with the entire wedding party.
March Wedding Ceremony in Conroe, TX
Now it is time for these two to say their “I Do’s!”
Allie and James’ wedding ceremony would take place outside in front of the Grand Fireplace, which serves as the signature backdrop for numerous wedding celebrations at Madera Estates!
Not to mention, when you incorporate the twilight element to the ceremony, it simply adds to the overall magic!
After the vows had been exchanged, these two are officially Mr and Mrs!
Looking for the most amazing way to cap off your wedding ceremony? I think a fireworks display is more than capable of doing just that!
Kudos to our friends at ROAR Over Texas for yet another marvelous fireworks show!
Speaking of cool ideas worth implementing into your wedding celebration, how about a champagne tower?
Allie and James had a champagne tower in the gazebo, which also resulted in some stunning photos too!
Afterwards, before the reception got underway, the newlyweds were able to capture formal photos in front of the Grand Fireplace.
March Wedding Reception at Madera Estates
While guests enjoyed drinks and appetizers during the cocktail hour, Allie and James were able to get a sneak peek at the Hacienda, which was all set up for the reception.
From the candles to the chandeliers and everything else, the ballroom was all ready to go!
And as you can see, this reception will include some delicious food courtesy of the talented team at Churrascos Catering!
Once their guests were inside the Hacienda, it was time for the grand entrance into the ballroom!
Right after that, while surrounded by friends and family, Allie and James enjoyed their first dance together as husband and wife.
Toasts are obviously always a memorable component of wedding receptions? Some of the couples’ loved ones shared a few words on this March evening.
Speaking of important reception items, you can’t forget about the cutting of the wedding cake, right?
Shout-out to Cakes by Gina for knocking it out of the park with this amazing wedding cake!
To say this March wedding reception had a little bit of everything is an understatement!
This included a late night snack (compliments of Whataburger), along with a cigar roller compliments of J & D Entertainment.
By the way, how cute are those custom boxes of matches?!
As this March wedding neared the end, Allie and James were able to enjoy one last dance inside the Hacienda.
This is definitely quite popular with many of our couples here at Madera Estates and we have to agree it’s always such a memorable moment at the end of your reception.
Meanwhile, their guests were lining up outside for a final sparkler send-off!
And just like that, this amazing March wedding celebration comes to a close!
