Over the years, our team has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of engaged couples as they plan their big day! Whether it be assisting with the vendor selection process, finalizing the wedding day timeline or anything else, we truly do love learning more about what each couple has envisioned for their wedding. As is a common occurrence here on our wedding blog, we also enjoy taking inside looks at past weddings held at our venue, which is exactly what we will be doing this week.
Ariana and John tied the knot with a late-winter wedding earlier this year. From the stunning floral arrangements and beautiful dress attire to the alpacas and so much more, you’re definitely going to want to check out the photos from their wedding. It truly was a picture-perfect wedding celebration! Before getting started though, we would like to give a shout-out to all of the talented vendors that helped make this Conroe wedding a reality. One of these vendors was Ivan Garcia Studio, who captured all of the amazing moments, which includes the photos featured throughout this blog post. We’ll provide a complete vendor list at the end!
Getting Ready Moments
We will get this wedding day started inside the Champagne Suite, where Ariana and her besties were getting all glammed up!
Brittany Blanchard Beauty handled the hair and makeup for this wedding.
Given that there’s plenty of space available in the Champagne Suite, brides will have no trouble both getting ready and finding some picturesque backdrops!
How stunning does Ariana’s wedding gown look?!
When it comes to memorable moments that every bride will always remember, putting on your wedding gown on the big day has to be on that list!
And how about a first look with your besties in the bridal suite?!
Meanwhile, the other “getting ready” suite at our Conroe wedding venue is the Whiskey Lounge. This is where John and the guys were hanging out before getting all spruced up for the big day!
Pre-Ceremony Activities
In regards to when you will first see your soon-to-be spouse on your wedding day, you have some options to pick from, with one of those being a first touch.
That is what Ariana and John opted for, and I think the photos show exactly how precious this moment was for the couple!

Ivan Garcia Studio did an excellent job of capturing these special moments of the bridal party and the bride-to-be, in addition to some solo photos too!
Likewise, John and his groomsmen were also able to snap a few awesome photos as well!

Time for the “I Do’s!”
The ceremony for this wedding was moved indoors to the Hacienda as part of our inclement weather plan. Since you never know what curveballs the weather may throw, it’s important for your venue to have a back-up plan to utilize (if needed)!
From the chandeliers and candles to the music and everything else, the ballroom was absolutely stunning for this wedding ceremony!
As Ariana puts on her wedding veil, it’s officially time to make these two husband and wife!
Nothing compares to seeing your spouse-to-be walking down the aisle on your wedding day!
From start-to-finish, this wedding ceremony was simply beautiful!
After their vows and “I Do’s” had been exchanged, these two are now Mr. and Mrs!

Time to Celebrate!
While the Hacienda was being transformed from a ceremony space to a reception area, Ariana and John were able to take a number of formal photos.
By the way, we always LOVE it when our friends at Texas Party Animals arrive at a wedding!
Before we take a look at some of the formal photos, we wanted to provide a peek inside the Whiskey Lounge, where the wedding party enjoyed a glass of champagne!
Each of these will be excellent additions to this amazing wedding album and you can never go wrong with the night-time photos either!
Meanwhile, the Hacienda is now all ready to go for the reception!
Candlelight, elegance throughout and delicious food (kudos to Churrascos Woodlands). What more could you ask for?!
And of course, you can’t ignore this beautiful and delicious wedding cake! Shout-out to our friends at Cakes by Gina for another awesome creation!
After the wedding party made their way into the ballroom, it was time for Ariana and John to make their grand entrance!
It’s safe to say this wedding reception had a little bit of everything! Toasts from loved ones filled the room with laughter!
We briefly highlighted the beautiful wedding cake above, but we absolutely had to share these precious moments when Ariana and John were cutting the cake.
Who else loves how these photos turned out?!
To add to it, there was also plenty of dancing throughout this fun-filled wedding reception!
Truth be told, it’s tough to go wrong with a sparkler send-off to wrap up the “Best Day Ever!”
When you add a fireworks display too, it will truly be a moment no one will ever forget!
