Summer Wedding Celebration at Madera Estates! | Kelsey & Brian

Ian RamirezMadera Estates Wedding

“The highest happiness on earth is marriage.” – William Lyon Phelps. Who is ready to take another behind-the-scenes look at a recent wedding held at Madera Estates? If you’ve been following our blog for a little while, you likely already know that we love taking the time to provide our readers with inside looks at weddings hosted at our venue. Even though wedding planning tips are extremely useful for engaged couples (and we’ll continue to post plenty of them), these “Real Wedding” blogs are not only great for seeing what all encompasses Madera Estates, but also for some wedding inspo if you’re planning your own big day.

This week on the blog, we’ll be walking you through Kelsey and Brian’s special day at Madera. These two tied the knot this past summer and had the most beautiful wedding celebration. From the outdoor ceremony and colorful floral arrangements to the closing sparkler send-off and everything in-between, we really think you’ll enjoy this one.

Before we get started though, I would like to take a moment to thank all of the talented vendors that took part in this wedding, especially Diana McIntyre Photography for capturing all of the stunning moments pictured throughout this blog. We’ve linked the vendors below, in case you’re still searching for anyone near the Houston area.

With all of that being said, let’s now hop right into this fun summer wedding at Madera Estates!

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony in Conroe, TX

Before we head inside for all of the pre-ceremony festivities, we thought it would be nice to take a quick look where the actual ceremony would take place.

When the weather allows it, our most popular backdrop for weddings ceremonies has to be in front of the Grand Fireplace. We may be a bit biased, but we truly do believe it makes for the most amazing photo opportunities too!

Inside the Bridal Suite

With the stage for the ceremony set, let’s now take a look inside the Champagne Suite where Kelsey and her besties are busy getting all glammed up for the day ahead.

The group looked absolutely adorable rocking their matching robes as well, while sipping on some mimosas in the bridal suite!

Before we head over to check on Brian and the guys, we had to show our bride-to-be in her stunning wedding gown though!

For a summer wedding, these colorful bouquets matched the overall look of this wedding perfectly! Kudos to Casa De Flores Design for an amazing job with all of the floral arrangements!

Checking in on the Groom

While Kelsey and her bridesmaids were getting ready to go, Brian and his groomsmen were doing the same.

For those that are new to our venue, the groomsmen suite is referred to as the Whiskey Lounge. This suite includes a little bit of everything, including a big screen TV, foosball table and more!

Outdoor Wedding Ceremony at Madera Estates

As we mentioned earlier in this blog, Kelsey and Brian’s wedding ceremony took place outside in front of the Grand Fireplace. Every part of this summer evening was just perfect!

The couple exchanged their vows, said their “I Do’s” and before you know it, they’re officially Mr. and Mrs! Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Formal Family and Wedding Party Photos

Once the ceremony was complete, Kelsey and Brian’s guests were able to enjoy drinks and apps during the cocktail hour. In the meantime, after enjoying some champagne in the groom’s quarters, it was now time to snap some formal photos.

And with the sun starting to set, we have to say these formal photos turned out to be absolutely stunning!

For most of their formal photos with family and the wedding party, the couple opted to utilize the Grand Fireplace as the primary backdrop piece. Who else LOVES how these turned out?

Time for the Reception to Begin!

Once everyone had made their way indoors for the reception, it was officially time for the newlyweds to make their Grand Entrance into the Hacienda, which serves as the ballroom at Madera Estates.

And after that, the pair were able to enjoy their first dance together as husband and wife!

By the way, while we’re talking about dances, how adorable are these photos from the father-daughter and mother-son dances too!

Wedding Cake Cutting

Without a doubt, one of the oldest wedding traditions is the cutting of the cake! Kelsey and Brian went with Cakes By Gina to create their wedding cake and it’s safe to say she knocked this one out of the park!

Let’s Get This Party Started!

No wedding celebration is complete without plenty of time on the dance floor, right? DJU Entertainment had the dance floor filled up all night long! If you need an entertainment expert near the Houston area, it’s tough to go wrong with DJU Entertainment!

Looking for an activity to include in your wedding reception that everyone will enjoy? Why not go with a photo booth? Kelsey and Brian’s guests had a blast trying on props for these fun photos!

And when it comes to wedding day traditions, you absolutely have to include the bouquet toss, right?

Sparkler Send-Off at Madera Estates

Is there better way to cap off the “Best Day Ever” than with a sparkler send-off?!

Sparkler send-offs are always so much fun for everyone involved and clearly make for the most amazing photos as well! Congratulations to Kelsey and Brian!

We would like to give a huge thank you to Kelsey and Brian for allowing us to be a part of their big day! It really was such an awesome summer wedding celebration and we wish the newlyweds a lifetime of love and happiness!

In addition, I would also like to show our gratitude to all of the talented vendors that helped make this wedding day possible. This includes Diana McIntyre Photography, who captured every single moment so wonderfully, as evidenced by the photos throughout this blog. We listed all of the vendors at the top of the post, but I’ll also link them down below as well!
