Hello there and welcome to Madera Estates! We are so thrilled that you have stopped by our blog. In today’s post, we’re going to share an amazing wedding celebration! Ashley and Travis tied the knot at our venue, and the day was absolutely perfect! You’ll be able to see for yourself, their wedding was filled with so much joy and laughter. Not to mention, the couple incorporated beautiful details into every aspect of the day. The pair tied the knot on Friday, February 14th, 2020, also known as Valentine’s Day! Before we dive into the details, can you believe how spectacular this wedding ceremony space is? We might be a little biased, but the Grand Fireplace at Madera Estates is one of the most magical outdoor ceremony spaces in town! As you’ll be able to see from the photos, Madera Estates is a Spanish and European inspired event space. Our venue offers flexible scenery to accommodate wedding themes ranging from rustic to traditional, fiesta, vintage and more!

Many brides will agree, some of the best wedding day memories are made while getting ready for the big day! Let’s face it, it doesn’t get much better than being surrounded by your tribe of besties! The Champagne Bridal Suite at Madera Estates has FOUR rooms for the bride, her maids, and the glam squad! There’s plenty of room to unpack, get pampered and enjoy a mimosa – or two! Ashley and her girls had a great time getting glammed up by the team at Double The Do, while chatting about all the exciting moments ahead.

Meanwhile, the groom and his buddies can take advantage of the Whiskey Lounge. We created this space specifically with the fellas in mind. This rustic room has leather couches for lounging, tables, mirrors and even a foosball table! It’s also located a good distance away from the Champagne Bridal Suite. Meaning, our couples won’t have to worry about running into one another before they intend to. Travis and his mom shared an adorable moment with one another as she gifted him with a few words of encouragement. Then the guys put on snazzy jet-black tuxes, giving them a very polished look. Doesn’t Travis look so handsome?!

Whatta babe! Ashley is finally in her wedding gown! The day that so many girls dream of finally arrives. After months of planning, this is often a surreal moment. Ashley looked breathtaking in a tulle embroidered gown. Her look was polished off with delicate jewelry and a sparkling tiara.

Somehow, everything becomes so much more real the moment you put on a veil! Check out that gorgeous bouquet created by The Blooming Idea.

While the ladies put on the finishing touches of their attire, the men get their photos taken on the grounds of Madera Estates! We love being able to offer our couples a variety of backgrounds for their photos. It’s great to not have to travel to multiple locations to get a variety in scenery. Not only will this save couples on transportation, but the photographer will likely have more time resulting in more photos!

All The First Look Feels!

At last, it’s time for Ashley and Travis to share their first look! This is such a monumental moment on a wedding day. All the anticipation, planning and waiting has finally arrived. Travis beamed the second he laid eyes on his beautiful bride. They even exchanged letters to one another!

If these photos don’t scream “WEDDED BLISS” we don’t know what will! Ashley and Travis radiated with joy while having their bridal photos taken. The palm trees gave off a tropical exotic vibe in some of their photos!

Ashley and her ladies also took some photos before the guests arrived. The bridesmaids wore beautiful long burgundy gowns. The bridesmaid’s bouquets were created with ivory flowers, lush greenery, and were embellished with a light pink ribbon. It was a very tasteful ensemble for a Valentine’s Day wedding celebration!

Ashley also had a first-look with her dad. The pair teared up with emotion as they prepared for their walk down the aisle. How sweet!

Valentine’s Day Wedding Ceremony In Conroe, Texas

Now that the guests have arrived, it’s time to get this show on the road! The weather was perfect for an outdoor ceremony.

Talk about a grand entrance! Ashley looked stunning as she glided across the terrace.

After an emotional ceremony, the two are finally husband and wife! The Blooming Idea did an amazing job draping a floral garland on the Grand Fireplace. Candles were lit and ivory petals lined the aisle to provide a romantic feel.

We LOVE a petal toss! What a cute way to celebrate the newlyweds. Packets of fresh red petals were provided for every guest. The text on the packet instructed them “After the newlyweds say I do, toss the petals as they walk by you!”

Before heading into the reception, the bridal party took a moment to celebrate the nuptials with a champagne toast. After, during cocktail hour, Ashley and Travis took some group photos with their family members and closest friends.

The Mariachi band, Estrella de Valisco, kept guests well entertained during cocktail hour! What a fun, unexpected, element for your guests to enjoy!

Valentine’s Day Wedding Reception In Conroe, Texas

GORGEOUS! At Madera Estates, we love to see how couples transform a theme into a classy affair. This Valentine’s Day wedding had accents of deep burgundy, gold and even a little bling! The candlelight and chandeliers in the Hacienda Ballroom provided a very romantic atmosphere. As always, The Hometown Chef Catering Company did an incredible job keeping the guest’s taste buds happy.

Now that the guests have taken their seats inside the Hacienda Ballroom, DJU Entertainment can officially introduce Ashley and Travis as husband and wife!

Valentine’s Day Wedding Cake

Would ya look at that amazing wedding cake created by Sweets To Dream On? Talk about a delicious and beautiful work of art. And if you thought it couldn’t get better, The Dapper Doughnut also made an appearance!

After the cake cutting and some thoughtful toasts from friends, the newlyweds shared their first dance outside in front of the Grand Fireplace!

Talk about an amazing first dance! WOW! Ashley and Travis went out with a bang (literally) as fireworks went off. Roar Over Texas sure knows how to keep a crowd in awe!

Would you just look at the smile on Ashley’s face? Pure joy. Pure love. Pure happiness!

A wedding reception wouldn’t be complete without a bouquet and garter toss. These lighthearted traditions are always a blast!

As the evening comes to an end, the guests hit the dance floor with their best moves. Foam light sticks are always a hit!

The best day ever finally has to end. Guests lined up outside as Ashely & Travis soaked in the final moments of their perfect day. Ashley tossed on an adorable jean jacket and headed outside to say farewell to her guests.
