From the ceremony inside the Hacienda and the outdoor reception that followed to the closing sparkler send-off and all of the amazing photos in-between, we think you’re going to absolutely love Emily and Nick’s big day! These two were so great to work with and we can’t thank them enough for allowing us to be a part of this memorable event. In addition, special thanks to the talented team at Mustard Seed Photography for capturing every moment of the day so flawlessly. Such a beautiful wedding album!

With that all being said, let’s now take a look back on this fun-filled Fall wedding!

Inside the Bridal Suite

As is the case with many of our “Real Wedding” blogs, we’ll get the day started inside the Bridal Suite where Emily and her besties are busy getting all glammed up.

As you’ll notice throughout this blog post, we’ll also make sure to highlight many of the talented local wedding vendors that truly helped make this amazing day come to life! Kudos to Etoilly Artistry for a wonderful job on the hair and makeup!

When it comes to wedding days, there are a number of different “First Looks” you can incorporate into the schedule, including one with your bridesmaids! How adorable is this moment between our bride-to-be and her BFF’s?

On to the Groom’s Suite

While Emily and the gals were getting ready for the big day, let’s stop by the groom’s suite (also known as the Whiskey Lounge) to see how the guys are doing!

After getting all spruced up, Nick and his groomsmen were able to snap some photos both in the Whiskey Lounge and elsewhere on the property. For those of you who are new to Madera, the groom’s suite can really be thought of as the perfect hangout spot. With a big screen TV, Xbox, foosball table and more, what else could you want?

First Look Between Bride and Groom

It’s safe to say that “First Looks” have continued to become more and more popular over the years!

Utilizing the Grand Fireplace as the backdrop for their first look, how precious are these photos? Definitely a moment they’ll always remember!

Formal Wedding Photos

Another advantage of having a First Look is the ability to capture some formal portrait photos before the ceremony gets underway!

Emily and Nick did just that, and were able to snap a few beautiful shots in front of the Grand Fireplace! And before we head inside for the ceremony, can we show some love to College Park Flowers for the stunning floral arrangements?! There definitely will be more to come!

Time for the Ceremony!

With all of the pre-wedding festivities complete, it’s time to make these two husband and wife! The soon-to-be newlyweds opted to have their ceremony held inside the ballroom, before heading outside for the reception.

From the candle-lit lanterns to the wonderful music from Divisi Strings, the stage was set for this wedding ceremony!

And before you know it, the vows have been shared and these two are officially Mr and Mrs! Congratulations Emily and Nick!

Let’s Get This Party Started!

While their guests enjoyed a post-ceremony cocktail hour, Emily and Nick were able to sneak away to snap a few more photos, as well as pop a bottle of champagne! How fun!

All the details! As we head back to the Grand Fireplace, there’s no denying that everything was set up just right. From the gorgeous floral arrangements (again, kudos College Park Flowers!) to the beautiful wedding cake, it all looked like something straight out of a movie!

After their guests were seated and the wedding party had made their way in, it was now time for the newlyweds to make their grand entrance and enjoy a first dance as husband and wife.

Wedding Cake Cutting at Madera Estates!

Nothing beats a wedding cake that looks great and tastes great, right? Safe to say this one was a hit!

Not to mention, is there anything better than outdoor twilight photos from a wedding? Don’t worry, there’s plenty more to come from Emily and Nick’s special day!

Father-Daughter and Mother-Son Dances

Going right along with the theme of popular wedding traditions, you can’t forget about the father-daughter and mother-son dances!

And just like we mentioned with the cake cutting, when you add in the night-time element, it makes for the most amazing photo opportunities! Simply put, WOW!

Time to Hit the Dance Floor!

Can you guess what’s up next on this wedding agenda? It’s now time to celebrate these newlyweds and dance the night away. Shout-out to D & Co Entertainment and DJ Philly for providing the music for this fun reception!

Without a doubt, Mustard Seed Photography did an amazing job at capturing so many moments of this fun celebration!

Oh and did we mention that they also had some “Late Night Bites” for their guests to enjoy as well? Such a fun and unique thing to consider when planning your own big day!

As this magical day neared the end, Emily and Nick enjoyed one more dance inside the ballroom where they said their “I Do’s” just a few short hours prior.
