Located just north of Houston in Conroe, TX, we are a luxury Spanish and European-inspired event venue! With today’s blog, we’re going to take a peek at Megan and Chai’s big day! Despite taking place in the midst of a worldwide pandemic, there’s no denying the fact that the entire festivities were magical from start to finish. Having said all of that, let’s hop right into watching Megan and Chai tie the knot at Madera!

Getting Ready in the Bridal Suite and Groomsmen Lounge!
As the day got underway, Megan and her besties got all glammed up in the Champagne Suite. Rocking matching robes, the crew looked adorable as they got ready and even popped a little bubbly just outside the suite!
Shout-out to Desi the Diva and Karoline Villanueva for making the bride and her bridesmaids look picture-perfect for the day ahead!
While the girls were busy getting ready, Chai and his groomsmen had some time to relax in the Whiskey Lounge before getting all spruced up for the day’s festivities. While having a few cold ones, the guys enjoyed all that the groomsmen suite has to offer, including a big screen TV, Xbox and a foosball table!
And now it’s time for Megan to put on her wedding gown! How beautiful does the bride-to-be look?! She was able to snap a few photos with her bridesmaids, as well as a few alone in the Champagne Suite.
A First Touch
When it comes to wedding day rituals, there’s a number of different paths you can take! Some couples opt to wait to see their future spouse until they walk down the aisle. Others have an intimate moment to themselves with a first look. And a third possibility is a “blind” first look, or first touch, which is what Megan and Chai went with! How adorable are these soon-to-be newlyweds!?
Wedding Ceremony Near Houston, TX
With everyone all glammed up, the ceremony is next on the agenda! It’s officially time to get married! The weather was delightful as the bridesmaids and groomsmen made their way to the Grand Fireplace, which would serve as the backdrop for this ceremony!
How adorable does Megan look as she makes her walk down the aisle? And just look at Chai smiling from ear to ear as he sees his soon-to-be wife for the first time in her wedding dress!
With the rings exchanged and a couple of “I Do’s” said, the pair are officially husband and wife! Congratulations!
Family and Bridal Party Photos!
For many weddings each year at Madera Estates, the Grand Fireplace not only serves as the perfect backdrop for the ceremony itself, but also plenty of the photos afterwards! Once the ceremony was complete, the newlyweds snapped some family photos, as well as some with the entire bridal party.
If there’s one thing you can count on with Madera Estates, it’s the plethora of picturesque spots available throughout the property! While the Grand Fireplace and Hacienda are certainly the most popular, we have plenty of other surprises for our couples!
Before we move on though, we have to give a huge shout-out to Carter’s Florist for another beautiful bouquet! They’re located right here in Conroe and are always a hit for our couples that use their services!
One final photo opp before we head indoors for the wedding reception! How precious are all of these picture-perfect moments Mr. and Mrs. Garcia had throughout the Madera Estates property?! From the dance in front of the Grand Fireplace and the picture with their furry friend to the moment by the vintage car, this is sure to make for the perfect wedding album!
Wedding Reception in Conroe, TX
With the formalities taken care of, it was time to head inside to the Hacienda for the reception. From the crystal chandeliers to the candle-lit lanterns, the wedding hall looked truly marvelous! Furthermore, with the delicious food from Sierra Catering and the scrumptious Churro Bar (courtesy of Don Churro!), this reception was a crowd pleaser as well!
When it comes to creating timeless and delectable wedding cakes, you can never go wrong with the talented team at Sweets to Dream On! For anyone engaged near the Houston area, we highly recommend reaching out to them!
After everyone finished eating and a few toasts were made, our new Mr. and Mrs. enjoyed an adorable first dance in front of the Grant Fireplace while their guests looked on!
Our last stop on this magical day is inside the ballroom where the dance floor was poppin’ all night long! Atomix Sounds really knows how to get a party started!
Oh and it’s safe to say, Don Churro had a steady stream of customers all night long!
Our favorite way to cap off the best day ever? With a sparkler send-off, of course! Even after being in the wedding industry for more than a few years now, a sparkler send-off truly falls under the category of things that never get old! Simply amazing!
