It’s so nice to relax with a mimosa while you’re getting ready, and to not have to worry about being transported to another location afterward! After all, you want your hair and makeup to stay looking fresh for as long as possible.
Grooms Get Pampered Too
We can’t forget about the groom and his guys! In addition to our bridal suite, Madera Estates also offers a private suite for the boys! The room has a rustic feel, making it a great location for pre-ceremony photos. The guys will love having a comfortable space to lounge and crack open a beer before suiting up for a long day of celebrating. Not to mention, they’ll enjoy loosening up with a game of foosball!
Not all event spaces have private his and hers bridal suites. When selecting a wedding venue, we highly recommend choosing one that has them! When we built Madera Estates, we knew these rooms would be useful but we were shocked to learn just how essential they are! After hosting hundreds of weddings, we’ve seen how convenient it is for our couples to have a private on-site space. These rooms are not only used for getting ready, but also for keeping belongings safe and doing a quick touch-up between the ceremony and reception.

You’ve probably been to a few weddings in your lifetime. If you’re currently in your 20’s-30’s, chances are high that you’re currently attending nuptial celebrations regularly. Two aspects of a good wedding that most people can agree on is the food service and comfortability of the guests.
When it comes to making your guests comfortable, simplicity is best! When you have a ceremony and reception at the same location, it makes everyone’s life a whole lot easier. After the ceremony, we recommend transitioning your guests to a cocktail hour with drinks and passed appetizers. Guests will enjoy getting to mingle while the bride and groom finished family photos. Not only will your guests be full and enjoying themselves, but they’ll also be glad they didn’t have to drive to a new location.
Reception
Now that you’ve said the “I do’s”, it’s time to PARTY!
Understandably, the reception is something couples look forward to! Having a beautiful space to share your first dance as husband and wife is a priceless moment you’ll cherish for the rest of your life! At Madera Estates, you can host your wedding inside our hacienda ballroom or you can have it outside on the terrace! Both options are beautifully decorated with romantic lighting and scenery.
Most of our couples choose to have their reception inside the hacienda, and for good reason! From the chandeliers to the intricate detail, this space provides a stunning and welcoming environment to dance the night away!
Picture Perfect Scenery
One thing to consider when weighing out your venue options is the on-site scenery. Ideally, you want a space that has multiple backgrounds for your photos! This will save you from having to transport your bridal party to multiple locations throughout the day. You’ll love having a variety in your photo album of various backgrounds. It really is easy to work with our team! Using on-site vendors will eliminate scheduling headaches and remove a few items from your to-do list! Although we highly recommend using all of our in-house services, we don’t require you to.
