Are you engaged and trying to come up with some inspiration on planning your wedding day? Well…hopefully the blog post you’re about to read will do just that! If you’ve stopped by our wedding-themed blog before, you likely know that a routine post we do revolves around inside looks at real weddings hosted at Madera Estates. Starting with those getting ready moments, all the way to the closing send-off, we take a peek at each phase of these wedding celebrations. It’s obviously fun for us to reminisce on past weddings, but it can also be extremely helpful for couples currently in the planning stages.
On this week’s blog, we certainly have a fun one to look back on! Cristal and Silvestre had a summer wedding at Madera Estates and it’s safe to say it was filled with so many amazing moments, including a grand entrance that will surely grab your attention! Stay tuned for more on that! As is the case with all of our other real wedding blogs, we’ll also be sure to highlight the various vendors that helped make this special day a reality. Particularly in bigger markets like Houston, it can potentially feel a little overwhelming just how many vendors there are. As such, we hope this will help in giving you some ideas!
With that all being said, we’re ready to dive into Cristal and Silvestre’s wedding celebration! And just before we get into that, we would like to give a shout-out to Ivan Garcia Studio for all of the photos featured throughout this blog. Without a doubt, they captured the entire day so flawlessly!
Inside the Champagne Suite
For those unfamiliar with our “Real Wedding” blogs, a popular starting point is the Champagne Suite. This space serves as the bridal lounge and really does have everything you need to get all glammed up for the big day!
Glam by Servando did an amazing job as the hair stylist, while Thelma Duran and Stephanie Gomez excelled as the makeup artists for this wedding!
Before we head over to the groom’s suite, can we take one more look at that stunning wedding gown?!
Inside the Whiskey Lounge
After Silvestre and his groomsmen got all spruced up for the big day, they were able to sneak in a few photo shoots before the festivities would get underway.
And just as we mentioned with the Champagne Suite, the Whiskey Lounge comes with plenty of space for the guys, including a big screen TV, Foosball table, private bathroom and more!
Wedding Dress Time!
We already gave you a sneak peek of the wedding dress above, but now it’s finally time for Cristal to put it on. Wow, who else absolutely LOVES this gown?!
While we’re on the topic of wedding dresses, what does your dream wedding gown look like? Without a doubt, there’s no denying that there are plenty of different options and styles out there nowadays! If you’re struggling for ideas, you can’t go wrong with one like this!
First Touch
When it comes to wedding ceremony traditions, it’s safe to say they’ve evolved over the years. While couples used to wait to first see their spouse-to-be on the walk down the aisle, first looks and first touches have quickly become quite popular!
Cristal and Silvestre opted for a First Touch on their wedding day. This definitely creates an adorable moment between the couple and not to mention, also results in the most precious photos too!
A Few More Pre-Ceremony Photos!
With the ceremony quickly approaching, there were just a few more bridal party photos that simply had to be posted!
As pictured in one of the photos below, Cristal & Silvestre will be having an outdoor ceremony in front of the Grand Fireplace. The fireplace serves as a signature backdrop piece for quite a few weddings held at Madera.
Evening Wedding Ceremony in Conroe, TX
After a fun afternoon getting glammed up and snapping photos around the venue, it’s officially time for the “I Do’s!” With this wedding ceremony taking place in the evening hours, the night-time setting made everything that much more exciting.

Cocktail Hour and Post-Ceremony Photos
After the ceremony had concluded, the entire wedding party enjoyed a glass of champagne in the Whiskey Lounge, while their guests took part in a post-ceremony cocktail hour.
And while their guests were enjoying appetizers and drinks, the newlyweds were able to take advantage of the evening setting for some awesome night-time photos.
Likewise, this was also the perfect time for both wedding party and family portraits to take place!
Wedding Reception in Conroe, TX
We briefly hinted at this in the opening paragraphs, but now it’s finally time to unveil the amazing grand entrance and first dance from Cristal & Silvestre!
As we’ll continue to feature more later in this blog, this wedding reception took place inside the ballroom at Madera Estates, which is also referred to as the Hacienda.
Time for Wedding Cake
After everyone enjoyed the delicious catering from Churrascos Woodlands and a few toasts were made, it was now time to cut the wedding cake! And when it comes to wedding cakes in the Houston area, you can’t go wrong with Cakes by Gina. Another beautiful and delectable creation here!
Ready to Hit the Dance Floor?
With everything complete indoors, Cristal, Sylvestre and all of their guests headed back outdoors to the dance floor in front of the Grand Fireplace.
While we’ve already said it a few times before, the twilight element creates a unique setting that can’t be matched!
As everyone was getting ready for the final send-off, Cristal and Silvestre headed back into the Hacienda to enjoy one final dance together. No matter if it’s indoors or outdoors, these final dances have always been a popular component towards the end of wedding days!
Sparkler Send-Off at Madera Estates!
And just like that, this wedding celebration has concluded with an awesome sparkler send-off! Cristal and Silvestre, we wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your special day!
