Ryan and Dana opted to exchange love letters prior to their ceremony. Both of them were on the brink of tears as they read these heartfelt notes!
At last, it’s time for Dana to put on her wedding gown! Check out that amazing braided hairdo! Her beautiful bridal bouquet was created by the team at Floral Events.

Bridal Party Portraits
Knocking out the bulk of your bridal party photos before the ceremony is a great idea. After all, you want to get to your party as soon as possible! Dana’s bridesmaids looked lovely in the full-length navy gowns. We love the simplicity and timelessness of the ivory bouquets.
Ryan and his fellas had a great time strutting their stuff. The groomsmen wore grey suits with navy ties. For contrast, Ryan wore a navy suit. After all, the groom wants to feel special on his big day too!
Fairytale Wedding Ceremony In Conroe, Texas
Most of the couples at Madera Estates get married outside in front of our Grand Fireplace. This romantic atmosphere is perfect for exchanging vows! For Dana and Ryans ceremony, fresh-cut greenery and lanterns lined the aisle. A large ivory arrangement was draped across the mantle. It definitely was the perfect setting for a fairytale wedding!
So much anticipation leads up to the walk down the aisle! It’s finally time to get married! After the bridal party made their way down the aisle, it was Dana’s turn to make her grand entrance. As you can see for yourself, she was definitely a stunning bride!
Dana & Ryan’s ceremony was absolutely gorgeous. From the beaming smiles to the emotional vow exchange, you can tell that these two are truly meant for one another.
Once the newlyweds shared their first kiss as husband and wife, they scurried off with the bridal party to get a few group photos. The palm trees at Madera Estates are a great backdrop for wedding photos! Who knew you could have an exotic wedding in Texas?
As you can see, Ryan is clearly overjoyed with his beautiful bride. As he should be!

Fairytale Wedding Reception In Conroe, Texas
Let’s get the party started! With cocktail hour wrapped up, the guest head inside the Hacienda Ballroom to find their seats. Between the warm candlelight and the glow from the chandeliers, the reception hall was absolutely breathtaking!
The sweetheart table was undoubtedly an amazing focal point in the reception hall!
With the guests seated, DJU Entertainment introduced the newlyweds. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Mayo! The guests got a real kick out of the hilarious party favors – beer koozies that resembled Kraft Mayo!
Toasts are always an essential part of any wedding! After a few sweet words from some of their favorite people, the Mayo’s headed out to the dance floor to share their first dance as husband and wife!
Ryan twirled his beautiful bride across the dance floor. Then, came the father/daughter and mother/son dances. These are always such heartfelt moments!
Ya’ll if this cake doesn’t say “yeehaw”, we don’t know what will! As you can see, our groom is fond of the Houston Texans. Sweets To Dream On created this amazing cake!

The dance floor was poppin’ in moments thanks to DJU Entertainment. As you can see, many of the guests really enjoyed the glow sticks!
In the blink of an eye, the reception was nearing to the end. Dana & Ryan took this moment to share a dance outside by the Grand Fireplace. What a magical moment!
What better way to end a perfect day than with a sparkler send-off? Surrounded by their closest family and friends (and so much love), the pair dashed through a lineup of sparklers to get to a private limo. After waving farewell to their guests, Dana and Ryan headed off to start their happily ever after as husband and wife.
One of the greatest pleasures of being in the wedding industry is seeing our couples look so overjoyed! We are so thrilled for Dana and Ryan. We wish them a life of love and happiness. We loved being a part of their celebration!
