Having hosted hundreds of weddings over the years, it’s safe to say there are no shortage of possibilities when it comes to designing your dream wedding day. Live firework displays, adorable alpacas, stunning wedding gowns, you name it! All in all, the wedding industry has evolved quite a bit over the years.
On today’s blog, we’ll be highlighting Jenny and Justin’s picture-perfect wedding at Madera Estates. Their intimate celebration included 30 of their loved ones in attendance, delicious catering, a live wedding painter, beautiful fall weather and so much more! Throughout this blog, we’ll walk you through this fun-filled day and also feature the talented wedding vendors that helped make it a reality! Special thanks to the awesome Ivan Garcia Studio for capturing the entire day so flawlessly. That all being said, let’s take a trip down memory lane looking back on Jenny and Justin’s fall wedding in Conroe, TX.
Champagne Suite at Madera Estates
We’ll get this special day started in the Champagne Suite, which serves as the bridal lounge at Madera Estates.
When it comes to bridal suites at a wedding venue, what characteristics are most important to you? You obviously need plenty of space to get all glammed up. You need a picture-perfect backdrop to show off that stunning wedding gown. It doesn’t hurt to have great lighting either!
For those curious about the hair and makeup for this wedding, that all was completed by the talented Simple Beauty Artistry.
Inside the Whiskey Lounge
Meanwhile, you also need a place for the guys to get spruced up too, right? At Madera Estates, we call this area the Whiskey Lounge. As the clock was ticking for the day’s festivities to get underway, Justin was getting ready for the big day!
Time for the Wedding Dress!
Everybody loves a stunning wedding dress! Jenny’s gown was absolutely perfect!
And speaking of must-have components for an awesome bridal lounge, would you agree that a full-length mirror is just that? We always love seeing the photos of a bride putting her dress on for the big day!
Pre-Ceremony Fun
Leading up to the ceremony itself, there are so many different components that couples can incorporate. Jenny and Justin had a few different fun ideas implemented before the ceremony got underway.
First on the list was a precious first look with the father of the bride. This is definitely a moment that two of them will always hold close to their hearts!
Next up was a first touch between our soon-to-be Mr and Mrs. If you’ve followed some of our prior real wedding blogs, you likely already know that first looks and first touches have become increasingly popular over the last few years!
In this situation, Jenny and Justin went with a first touch. Here, the couple typically exchanges a gift or letter with their partner. It can be a great way to calm any nerves before the ceremony and you have to admit the photos are absolutely adorable.
Outdoor Wedding Ceremony at Madera Estates
Remember in the opening paragraphs when we said this wedding was picture-perfect? Well, it’s safe to say these photos back up that statement! After a few more pre-ceremony photos were taken, it’s now officially time for the ceremony!
Jenny and Justin would be utilizing the area in front of the Grand Fireplace for both the ceremony and reception on this fall evening! And did we mention this wedding also included a live painter? Kudos to Live Event Painting by Pasha for creating a keepsake these newlyweds will always cherish!
There’s nothing quite like seeing your soon-to-be spouse walk down the aisle as the ceremony begins!

And just like that, we can now officially call these two Mr and Mrs. Let the celebration begin!
Post-Ceremony Photos
While their guests enjoyed a cocktail hour, the newlyweds took this time to capture wedding party and family photos around the property.

Outdoor Wedding Reception in Conroe, TX
Now that the sun had set, it was time to celebrate Jenny and Justin with this beautiful outdoor wedding reception! Shout-out to Churrascos for knocking it out of the park once again with some delicious food.

Everybody Loves Wedding Cake!
When it comes to wedding day traditions, there’s undoubtedly more than a few that’ve been around for quite some time and wedding cake cutting is near the top of that list. Thank you to Cakes by Gina for creating another beautiful (and delicious) cake!
Ready to Hit the Dance Floor?
As the night came to a close, it was now time to open the dance floor! Jenny and Justin enjoyed their first dance together as husband and wife, which was then followed by the father-daughter dance and mother-son dance.
From start-to-finish, Jenny and Justin enjoyed such a wonderful wedding reception in this evening setting!

Sparkler Send-Off at Madera Estates
