Whether it be in regards to on-site tours with engaged couples, hosting wedding days throughout the year or anything else, we can confidently say there is a lot of joy to be had when you’re planning dream wedding days. As is a constant theme here on our blog, one thing we always like to feature is inside looks at real weddings held at Madera Estates. For one, this can be immensely helpful for couples currently planning their own big day and looking for some wedding day inspiration, but it also provides a behind-the-scenes look at what you can expect if you were to book with Madera.

On today’s blog, we’ll be walking you through Heather and Bennett’s special day. From the picture-perfect ceremony and on-site donkeys to a sparkler send-off and so much more, this was such a fun celebration from start-to-finish. To add to it, these newlyweds had a star-studded cast of wedding vendors that truly helped add to the magic of the event. We’ll mention many of these vendors throughout the blog and will also include a comprehensive list at the very end. In addition, we would like to give a special thanks to Kris D. Photography for capturing the entire day so flawlessly

Without further ado, let’s take a look at Heather and Bennett’s “best day ever” at Madera Estates!

Inside the Bridal Suite

We’ll get the day started inside the bridal suite, also known as the Champagne Suite. While the ceremony or reception area of any wedding venue will always command the majority of the attention, there’s no denying that a spacious bridal suite is needed!

What might you look for in a bridal suite? Plenty of space for hair and makeup, somewhere to showcase that stunning wedding gown and floor-length mirrors are usually fan favorites as well!

How beautiful is Heather’s wedding gown for the big day? Coupled with the perfect bouquet from HEB Blooms, we absolutely love how these photos turned out!

On to the Whiskey Lounge!

Meanwhile, as Heather and her favorite gals were getting all glammed up, Bennett and his groomsmen were busy getting spruced up in the Whiskey Lounge.

Bennett and the guys enjoyed a few cold ones after getting ready, as well as had some time to hang out before the day’s festivities would get underway.

First Look Before Wedding Ceremony

For those that have checked out some of our previous real wedding blog posts, you likely know that first looks have become increasingly popular in recent years!

We have to admit that we’re definitely a fan of first looks! How adorable are these photos? Definitely a moment neither of them will ever forget!

Pre-Ceremony Photos

Another advantage of having a first look is the fact that it provides you with the opportunity to knock out some of the wedding photos before the ceremony, thus leaving you a little flexibility between the ceremony and reception.

We haven’t mentioned it yet, but who else loves this color palette? We’re loving the pop of the orange featured throughout, including the bridesmaid’s dresses from AZAZIE.

Time for the “I Do’s”

And now it’s finally time for these two to tie the knot! As is the case with a lot of weddings held at Madera Estates, Heather and Bennett would be holding their outdoor wedding ceremony in front of the Grand Fireplace.

Before you know it, Heather and Bennett are officially Mr. and Mrs. You may kiss the bride!

Post-Ceremony Wedding Photos

Since Heather and Bennett were able to capture most of their formal photos before the ceremony, this opened up some time during the cocktail hour.

Trust us, it was impossible to pick just a few photos of these two, so we settled with a few of our favorites!

Wedding Reception in Conroe, TX

The next phase in this celebration takes place in the ballroom at Madera Estates, which we often refer to as the Hacienda. From the crystal chandeliers to the candle-lit lanterns, this space exemplifies elegance.

After their guests were seated and the wedding party made their way into the Hacienda, it was time for the newlyweds to make their grand entrance and enjoy their first dance as husband and wife!

What’s something that just about everyone looks forward to at a wedding? A delicious wedding cake, of course! Kudos to Cakes by Gina on yet another beautiful creation!

When talking about wedding day traditions, what comes to mind first? For some, it may very well be the toasts. There were definitely plenty of laughs on this March evening, as well as a few tears!

Sparkler Send-Off at Madera Estates

After a fun night on the dance floor, it was time to send these two newlyweds off in style! And when it comes to perfect ways to close out the best day ever, you never go wrong with a sparkler send-off!
