Real Wedding at Madera Estates in Conroe, TX

This week on the blog, we’re going to give you a look inside Carissa and Allen’s celebration at Madera Estates. From start to finish, this was such a fun wedding to be a part of. Whether it be the ceremony in front of the Grand Fireplace or the entertainment provided by DJU, we think you’re going to love this one!

Before we dive into the blog, we would like to say welcome to any new visitors to our blog! For those first-time visitors, Madera Estates is a Spanish and European-inspired event venue. While our primary service is weddings, we are also pleased to host a variety of other events, including quinceaneras and bar mitzvahs. We are located just north of Houston and The Woodlands in Conroe, TX. Simply put, our goal is to turn your dream wedding into a reality.
Inside the Bridal Suite
We’ll get this fun-filled day started inside the Champagne Suite, which serves as our bridal suite here at Madera. Carissa and her besties enjoyed some time together, as the fabulous Amanda Haley Hair Co and Dollface Studio got the girls all ready to go!
The ladies looked adorable in their matching robes as they posed for a few photo opps just outside the Champagne Lounge.
The Groom’s Suite
While the girls were getting glammed up, Allen and his groomsmen got all spruced up in the Whiskey Lounge. The guys had a blast enjoying all of the various amenities the spacious grooms suite has to offer!
Once they were all dressed up, they snapped a few photos in front of the Grand Fireplace!
And who doesn’t need to bring along some “Ring Security” for their big day?!?!
Time for the Wedding Dress!
As the minutes tick leading up to the ceremony, how adorable does our bride-to-be look as she puts on her wedding dress?! Such an awesome wedding gown! Carissa and Allen opted to wait to see each other until the walk down the aisle, so next on the schedule will be the ceremony itself!

After the bridal party made their way down the aisle, it was time for Carissa to make her grand entrance! Check out the look on Allen’s face when he first saw his soon-to-be spouse in her wedding gown!
And how adorable is that bouquet created by the talented folks over at Cornelius Florist! Kudos to all of the vendors who helped make this dream wedding come to life.
After vows were said and rings were exchanged, the couple are officially Mr and Mrs!
Family and Bridal Party Portraits!
With the “I Do’s” wrapped up, it was now time for a few more photos while guests enjoyed a cocktail hour in the ballroom. Of course, family and bridal party portraits are a MUST for any wedding album and they chose the perfect backdrop to capture these memorable moments.
After that, the newlyweds took the opportunity to snap some pics of just the two of them at a few spots throughout the property!
Wedding Reception in Conroe, Texas!
Time for the party to commence! With all of their guests seated, Carissa and Allen made their way into the Hacienda (the ballroom at Madera Estates) and enjoyed their first dance as husband and wife!
From the candle-lit lanterns to the shining crystal chandeliers, the ballroom is a fan favorite amongst many of our past couples. As a side note, the Hacienda can dual-purpose as the primary location for wedding ceremonies as well!
If you’re looking for the perfect wedding cake to match your dream wedding, look no further! Sweets To Dream On knocked yet another one out of the park with the delicious and timeless creation, even down to the “Mr and Mrs Rodgers” cake topper! Such a cute creation that matches the teal color palette featured throughout other aspects of this wedding.
No wedding is complete without toasts, right? Judging from the pictures above, it’s safe to say plenty of laughs were had throughout this portion of the reception!
Before we move forward to the final leg of the reception, I had to share these adorable pictures from the Mother-Son and Father-Daughter dances. I’m sure these will be moments our newlyweds will hold onto forever!
Now that all of the formalities were completed, it was time for DJU Entertainment to do their thing and get the dance floor poppin! And I feel confident in saying they did just that!
In fact, it was pretty tough to limit the photos featured here on the blog to just a few!
Is there a more iconic wedding day tradition than the bouquet toss?! It’s been said this tradition has been going for hundreds of years!
Sparkler Send-Off
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, “Sparkler send-off’s never get old!” Such an awesome way to cap off the BEST DAY EVER! Congratulations Carissa and Allen! The newlyweds left Madera with the help of Lone Star Executive Limousine, a limo service based out of The Woodlands.
WOW! We hope you enjoyed this magical day just as much as we did! We would like to give a huge thank you to Carissa and Allen for allowing us to be involved in their big day! Cheers to love and happiness!
