If you’ve been following along with our wedding-themed blog, you likely know there are two primary types of posts! First, we have tips and advice for various wedding planning-related topics. Choosing your color palette, knowing what to look for in a venue, you name it! Secondly though, we also LOVE providing inside looks of previous weddings held at our venue. After all, for those that are in the process of planning their own wedding day, it never hurts to have some extra ideas to take into consideration!
In this week’s blog post, we’ll be taking a look at the latter of those two types of posts. Kaylee and Kyle tied the knot at Madera Estates earlier this year. With everything from a first look and beautiful fireworks display to a fun reception in the Hacienda and so much more, you’ll definitely want to take a look at this marvelous celebration! By the way, Kaylee is also one of our talented wedding coordinators at Madera Estates, and we’re excited to reminisce on her and Kyle’s amazing wedding day!
Before we get started though, we would like to give a special thanks to all of the talented vendors that helped bring this magical wedding day to life. This includes Ivan Garcia Studio, who captured all of the memorable moments featured throughout this blog post. We’ll provide a complete vendor list at the end!
Getting Ready Moments
As briefly mentioned above, Kaylee & Kyle’s wedding celebration included a little bit of everything. Fireworks, a photo booth, ice cream cart, stunning floral arrangements and so much more.
To start off this blog post, we’ll take a look at those special “getting ready” moments that every couple will always remember!
One of the “getting ready” suites at Madera Estates is called the Champagne Suite. With the talented team at Blushd Beauty handling all of the hair and makeup, Kaylee and her besties were getting all glammed up for the big day!
How stunning is this beautiful wedding gown that our bride-to-be will be wearing?!
For those of you who are new to our wedding venue, one benefit of the Champagne Suite is the plethora of space it includes for you to get ready and truly enjoy some quality time with your bridesmaids!
Meanwhile, the other “getting ready” suite at Madera Estates is called the Whiskey Lounge.
After getting all spruced up for the big day ahead, Kyle and the guys were able to snap a few pics around the property!
Safe to say everyone looks pretty excited to celebrate these soon-to-be newlyweds!
First Look Before Wedding Ceremony
Without a doubt, a first look before the wedding ceremony is always such a magical experience!
Kaylee & Kyle opted for a first look on their wedding day, and I’m sure you can easily see why first looks continue to become more and more popular! What an awesome moment for these two!
In addition to the amazing photos that come from the first look, another added advantage of having a first look is the flexibility it creates on your wedding day schedule.
It allow you the opportunity to capture many of your formal photos before the ceremony. With so many amazing pre-ceremony photos to pick from, we did our best to just choose a few of our favorites!
Anyone else ready to see Kaylee and Kyle officially become Mr and Mrs?
Time for the “I Do’s”
Kaylee and Kyle’s wedding ceremony would be held outdoors in front of the Grand Fireplace.
The Grand Fireplace serves as a popular backdrop for everything from outdoor ceremonies, garden receptions and even final dances under the stars!
Surrounded by friends and family, they enjoyed a beautiful ceremony as they exchanged their vows and said their “I Do’s!”
Oh and is there a cooler way to cap off a wedding ceremony than with a fireworks display?!
Kudos to ROAR Over Texas for adding this magical touch to an already amazing wedding celebration!
With many of their wedding party photos already completed, the newlyweds took advantage of the beautiful nighttime setting to capture some stunning pictures by the Grand Fireplace!
Wedding Reception Time!
Kaylee and Kyle’s wedding reception was held inside the Hacienda.
Who else is loving the beautiful floral arrangements featured throughout?! Shout-out to Carter’s Florist & Nursery!
And, of course, we can’t ignore the delicious food from Churrascos Catering either! Always a great caterer worth considering!
After the wedding party had made their entrance into the Hacienda, it was time for everyone to cheer on the newlyweds! Kaylee and Kyle made their grand entrance, and enjoyed their first dance together as husband and wife!
All in all, you can safely say that this wedding reception checked all of the boxes for a memorable celebration!
From the excellent toasts to the amazing wedding cake, it was a fun celebration from start to finish!
Awesome job by Bavarian Cakery Weddings and Events on creating this beautiful wedding cake!
Not to mention, there was also plenty of dancing on this February evening as well!
Between the special first dances to the party that soon followed, what a celebration!
While their loved ones lined up outside for the final send-off, Kaylee and Kyle were able to enjoy a final dance together inside the empty Hacienda.
This is yet another example of the many special moments throughout a couple’s wedding day!
And is there a better way to close out the “Best Day Ever” than with a sparkler send-off?!
