Having been in the wedding industry for more than a few years now, it’s safe to say wedding days never get old! Every couple is unique and every new love story makes the “I Do” moment that much more special! If you enjoy hearing about love or are looking for inspiration for your big day, then you’ve arrived at the perfect place! With this week’s blog post, we’ll take a look through Anna and Cesar’s special day!
As you’ll see throughout this blog, Anna and Cesar tied the knot at the Catholic Church they’re parishioners at, before heading over to Madera Estates for their reception. Here at Madera Estates, we take pride in providing flexibility to our couples to truly make their dream wedding come to life. For some, that means hosting both the wedding and reception at our venue. However, we also understand a couple’s willingness to hold the ceremony at their church and let the reception be held at Madera. In either case, it’s what you have envisioned for the big day that carries the most weight! With that said, let’s hop right in as the bridal party got ready in the bridal and groom suites!

Inside the Bridal Suite! This memorable day started at Madera Estates, where everyone was getting ready for the day ahead! Anna and her favorite ladies were getting glammed up in the Bridal Suite with their matching robes on. For those new to our venue, we refer to this area as the Champagne Suite. It certainly comes packed with plenty of space and in total, includes a dining room, dressing room and lounge area, hair and makeup room, and restrooms! Oh…and there’s a complimentary mimosa bar!
Hair and makeup was provided by the talented team of Kiss and Makeup Houston!
The Whiskey Lounge! Meanwhile, as the girls are getting ready in the Champagne Suite, Cesar and his groomsmen were preparing in the Whiskey Lounge. This area truly is the perfect hangout spot and comes filled with plenty of fun activities as the guys await the impending ceremony. In full, you’ll notice a TV, foosball table, Xbox and more! Cesar and his guys enjoyed a little poker before getting all dressed up for the day ahead!
Before the bridal party headed over to the church, they were able to sneak in plenty of pictures with the scenic views serving as the perfect backdrop! Madera Estates is located on 17 acres of land in Conroe, TX, and we feel pretty confident in letting couples know that there’s more than a few picturesque spots to include in your wedding album!
As briefly mentioned in the introduction, each and every year, we have plenty of couples that opt to just host their reception at Madera Estates and ceremony at a nearby church! Anna and Cesar went this route and certainly had more than a few adorable photos come from the ceremony! Surrounded by family and friends, this would truly be a day they’d never forget!
With the vows recited and “I Do’s” exchanged, the pair are officially Mr. and Mrs!
With the ceremony complete, guests headed back to Madera Estates for the cocktail hour. A cocktail hour is the perfect solution for couples who would like to sneak in a quick photoshoot in-between the ceremony and reception. For Anna & Cesar’s wedding, this took place right in front of the Grand Fireplace! A perfect backdrop before guests would head inside for the reception!
Check out these two! How cute is the new married couple?! As mentioned above, while the cocktail hour was underway, Anna and Cesar were able to take advantage of the extra time and have an intimate photoshoot taken!
Anna and Cesar’s reception would take place inside the area we refer to as the Hacienda. From the crystal chandeliers and artisan feature walls to the custom mini-bar, this entire room looked like something straight out of a movie!
Kudos to Johanna Terry Events for all of the precious floral and decor! And of course, another A+ job by the entire team at The Hometown Chef for preparing all of the delicious food!
The newlyweds had the opportunity to check out the Hacienda prior to all of the guests filling in. Check out the look on their faces once they passed through the entrance!
And so the reception begins! The bridal party made their entrance and instantly brought plenty of energy to the entire ballroom.
Anna and Cesar were next to enter the Hacienda and enjoy that memorable first dance as husband and wife!
Smiles filled the room when it came time for the Father-Daughter and Mother-Son dances! Simply adorable!
Next on the agenda was the classic tradition of cutting the wedding cake! Such a fun time and of course, some precious photos these two will hold onto forever! Before moving on, we have to give props to Sweets to Dream On for creating yet another beautiful and delicious cake!
With dinner and cake all wrapped up, it was now time to get the speeches going! Safe to say plenty of laughs were had (and even a few tears), while a smile stayed on the face of everyone in attendance!
TIME TO PARTY! With the speeches complete, the newlyweds and their guests hit the dance floor for a night of celebrating!
I think anyone that was there would agree with me when I say, DJU Entertainment had the party popping all evening long! What a fun celebration of true love!
To close out the night, Anna and Cesar headed outside for a final dance under the stars. The perfect intimate setting to put a bow on a day these two will never forget!
But before these two headed out as husband and wife, we absolutely loved their choice to cap it off with some fireworks and a sparkler send-off! As we often say, when having a wedding in 2020, your options are endless! There truly are no limits to making your dream wedding come to life!
